Account Balances

Members need to keep $100-$150 in their member account. You can immediately deposit this amount or you may take up to 12 weeks to build your account up to $100-$150. Payment options are as follows:

  • In person: cash or check 
  • Paypal: Send to…502-291-2119 (Whole Life Services, LLC) Must be sent as “friends and family” 
  • The ordering website has an option to transfer money from your bank account for a small fee.
  • The ordering website has a credit card option and charges a fee.

Ordering

Members are welcome to stop in and shop from our current inventory. In addition, we utilize an online pre-order system.

Always pre-order from Misty Hollow Dairy if you want dairy products. We occasionally have extra items but dairy items are NOT guaranteed to be in stock unless you pre-order.  For weekly pickup, pre-order by Sunday night for the following Wednesday and Saturday pickup days. 

To take advantage of our less frequent group orders such as Azure(monthly), Frontier(bi-monthly), Once Again Nut Butters(bi-annually) and other special seasonal orders, you must pre-order those through the website.

To pre-order an item, simply add it to your cart. There is no “check out” process. Once the order is locked, no changes can be made and the order has been submitted.

Your first visit to the club

  • If you pre-ordered, find your invoice to the right of the door when you walk in. Think of this as a shopping list of what you ordered. 
  • Gather your items on your invoice.
  • Pick up any extra items you want.
  • Head up front. The admin at the front desk will check you out. 

Milk Handling

  • Upon pickup, immediately put your milk in a cooler surrounded by ice packs and/or frozen food – no matter what time of year it is!
  • Store your milk in the back corner of your refrigerator – which is the coldest spot. Keep your refrigerator at 37 degrees or lower.

Ways you can volunteer

  • Please take recycling home. We are always overrun with boxes. 
  • Pull stock forward. 
  • Clean! We have brooms and towels on hand. 
  • Ask an admin if there is anything you can help with.
